The Farm × Rosendorff's

Everything that makes it good happens before anyone sees it.

Two days of fermentation. Shaped by hand in Pikesville. Racks pulled before dawn. The person choosing a challah at Seven Mile sees none of it. This puts it on screen.

i.
The opportunity

The best raw material in Baltimore baking, and almost none of it online.

Several thousand challahs a week, on shelves at Seven Mile, Whole Foods and stores across the region. A founder who was a sofer in Israel before he was a baker. Decades of trust in a city that takes its bread seriously. Food is the most watched category on social media, and this is a story nobody has filmed yet.

Demand on the shelf

Content that makes Baltimore crave the product moves it where it already sits. The people watching are the same people standing in the aisle on Thursday.

More of the orders you already take

Cakes and special orders grow without anything about your operation changing. Every inquiry routes to the same phone and email you use today.

A presence worth the name

When anyone looks up Rosendorff's, whether a customer, a buyer or a new wholesale account, they find a brand that looks as good as the bread tastes.

ii.
The content

Not posts. Shows.

Four recurring formats, written for Rosendorff's and nobody else. Formats beat one off posts because people come back for something they recognise, and because the account never runs dry.

The Seven Mile Blind Taste Test

Real shoppers taste Rosendorff's against the other guys, on camera, unedited.
